SHAREHOLDERS
Procuratio Investment Group is owned by Taurus Privatstiftung which is a family trust established in Europe. Mainly to secure and drive the business activities, Procuratio Holding was established to be able to take on and manage invstments in certain different industries within a diverse focus in a family driven way.
​The mangement Board of the trust is taken by Family Mair who reflects this type of family culture in the whole group.

As we acting more less in Europe we wanted to driven Business without any financing partners so that our flexibility is always in our own hands. Means a growth or new investements are fully financed by the cashflow of the own group. In that case Procuratio Holding is responsible for the whole treasury management.
